U.K. Standard Delivery

Our aim is to despatch all orders either on the day of receipt (if order is placed before 11.00am) or the next working day. All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in South Yorkshire.

SpaWorld operate a standard packing and shipping charge of £6.95 which is subsidised by SpaWorld in order to offer maximum value to our customers.? As an added incentive we offer FREE shipping for orders which exceed £60.00 by value inclusive of VAT.

Goods are delivered either by UK Mail, ParcelForce or Royal Mail Parcels. Orders shipped by Business Post are on a next day shipping service (week days only) Please allow 7 days for delivery for Royal Mail Parcels. This is a U.K. wide service including offshore addresses.

Delivery Problems

Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery. If goods delivered are faulty or incorrect, you must advise us as soon as possible, and within seven days from the date of delivery by calling 01302 976822.

If you notify us of a problem with your delivery in the above timescales, we will either rectify any shortage or non-delivery; replace any goods that are found to be damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund the amount paid by you for the goods in question. Proof of damage will be required and all damaged goods must be returned to us before any replacements or refunds are issued.? We will not be liable to you for any costs or inconvenience arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any returns will only be accepted if the item(s) is/are returned in the original, undamaged packaging, with all pieces in original condition.? Faulty or incorrectly delivered goods will be replaced free of charge and postage costs of you returning the goods to us by royal mail parcel force will be refunded.? Goods which have been ordered incorrectly must be returned to us in the original undamaged packaging before a refund or replacement is issued and SpaWorld will not be liable for the cost of postage and packaging for returns and we may charge a restocking fee of up to £15.00 to cover the costs of our original delivery including postage and packaging.

Once your goods have been received we will contact you by telephone to obtain your card details so that your refund can be processed (we do not recommend that you send us your card details via email).

If you believe an item has been lost by our carrier please leave 3 working days after your estimated delivery time before reporting the matter to us on 01302 976822.
